Moulin De Fourges Hotel

The river view from our suite was absolutely stunning! The restaurant served some of the best food I've had in France. Just keep in mind, parking's a bit of a trek, about 100 meters away. 😄

hotel overlooked garden and the room was reasonably large and huge. there were central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee and tea making equipment in the room, appreciated that. stunning location and really helpful staff were a definite plus.

Good choice for 4 nights. The staff - welcoming and amicable. An electric kettle, climate control, and an iron available in the suite. Hypoallergenic pillows, very comfy bed. Location next to a fast flowing river, the restaurant and Paris. Also, in the middle of the city. The hotel of choice in Fourges.

Directions to the annex room were confusing!!! Room cleaning inconsistency left much to be desired!!! An odd lack of a dedicated shower in the room!!! A notable sewer smell overshadowed the experience!!!

Suite was comfy, the beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed walk-in showers in my private bathroom. The hotel had beautiful location just off the restaurant and a fast flowing river;))

all in all, it was great place for travelling to fourges. the location was beautiful for traveling around fourges, close enough to paris, and a fast flowing river. also, arboretum de la roche-guyon was 3 km away.

The bedding was comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which served simple yet elegant fare made from fresh local ingredients, earning a well-deserved 4 stars.

The remote location necessitates a car for easy access to nearby attractions.

Couples will love it

The suite was fine with the river view, and I could just sit there for hours looking out at the flowing water. The staff, especially that one younger waiter, really went out of his way to help us when my French was falling apart, he even laughed with us over the miscommunications!

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but honestly? It was still worth it.

Free coffee shop and beautiful grounds were great. Parking was tight, tough with luggage.

Just a decent option for a brief hiatus in Fourges with real value for money. The garden view was really calming. Make sure to have a car for exploring the nearby attractions.

The suite with terrace offered amazing river views that we enjoyed every morning. The quality of the furnishings and linens in the suite were excellent. We found the evening meal in the restaurant particularly enjoyable, especially the salmon dome starter that was a standout. The garden view added a lovely ambiance to our stay.

I stayed in the Suite with Garden View for 4 nights, and it was such a great size! The best part was how comfy the room felt with excellent linens, and the view of the garden was really calming. The restaurant was a highlight too. It was super quiet. Just a heads up, it is in a remote area, so having a car is definitely needed to get around.

I enjoyed the peaceful stay with access to outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The suite was spacious with a great view of the river, a highlight of our mornings. It was nice to have a restaurant on-site serving decent food after a long day out. We needed a car to explore the area, typical for me as I prefer to get around on my own terms. A comfortable stay for a couple like us.

The directions to the room were unclear and the cleaning service was inconsistent. The parking was a bit of a distance from the reception.

Amazing suite with a lovely view

I really loved the suite with a terrace that offered the most amazing view of the fast-flowing water right in front of the mill. The quality of the linens and furnishings was excellent. Dining at the restaurant was good, especially the salmon dome starter we had, and the staff were attentive and helpful. It would have been nice if the menu was readily available in English without having to ask for it.

The setting was beautiful, located between nature and met our needs perfectly; our room was comfortable with top-notch hypoallergenic pillows.
